My commute is via a road that gets mighty busy at peak times. I run a Kubernetes cluster on a home lab and decided to write some code to hit the Google Maps API, storing the results in a database to track the traffic time. I've then made a mobile ready web app also hosted on my cluster to view this data. The tracking also takes advantage of ntfy to provide mobile notifications.

I created this Web App to determine whether a project should be Agile or Plan-Driven based on research by Boehm & Turner. It generates a graph based on user parameters. Check it out here
